A bucha image of the Kumarn Tong Jao Sanaeh has been inserted into the Muan Sarn sorcerous powders as the centralized invocation of the amulet and further empowered by pure gold leaf. Sacred Khmer script of "Ma A U" has been hand inscribed in gold and the amulet has been blessed with Ittijae sacred powders. The reverse of the amulet is covered with a piece of a corpse cloth that was used to swaddle the child into his coffin.
On the corpse cloth hand inscribed Agkhara lettering of 'Na Ma A U" and a "Na" yant of Maha Sanaeh has been placed by Ajarn Apichai Decha.
